Early this morning, a snow storm hit Maryland, and when by the time I woke up for work, the ground was already covered. I called my boss and let her know that I would not be able to come in, as my neighborhood generally does not plow (odd) and I was not risking it.

So, you know what that means:
SNOW DAY! I went back to sleep for a few hours and woke up ready for a workout. Since I obviously could not venture to the gym for my normal workout, I found an
awesome indoor cardio workout I found from Pinterest.

This was the perfect indoor cardio workout! Usually, at home cardio workouts are either way too hard (100 burpees followed by 50 tuck jumps) or not enough to make me sweat. This one was juuuust right! I highly recommend it.
Oh! And I got to use my brand new Polar FT4 heart rate monitor and I am obsessed!! It worked so well! The strap never once came loose and it tracked my heart rate for the whole 30 minutes!
After my workout, I threw together a quick lunch because I was STARVING! Today's lunch consitsed of a turkey, lettuce, onion, and mustard sandwich on a whole grain Arnold's sandwich thin, a cut up red bell pepper. and some almonds. I wolfed it down! Such an easy and delicious meal!
