But first and foremost, lunch! I was in the mood for veggies today for lunch, so I decided to try my hand at a homemade veggie wrap! I cut up a bunch of cucumber, carrots, and red bell peppers, layered them on a Flat Out Wrap with a smear of hummus and wrapped it all up! It was really delicious and I have to remember to keep tons of fresh veggies in the house more often so I can replicate it. I ate my wrap with a side of almonds for some added healthy fats :)
