Just another Hump Day...

Peanut butter oaties!!
I apologize for the lack of posting, my friends! It's been a crazy few days. I am finding it more and more difficult to fit in my workouts lately for some reason. I may have to bite the bullet and start getting up at 4:40 every day to hit the gym :(

Anywho, on with my Wednesday recap!

For breakfast, I enjoyed a delicious bowl of oatmeal and peanut butter, along with some mixed berries. I am pretty boring with my oatmeal, all I do is put some water in my old fashioned oats and microwave it, then add peanut butter or raisins when it comes out. Also, my grandma told me that I like my oats extra dry, which I didn't know. Apparently the rest of the world eats their oatmeal runny and I like my thick and dense. She called it cement :)

After a long day at work, I headed to the gym to fit in my workout. Wednesday is ab day! I started with a 20 minute elliptical workout, then headed over to a secluded spot to complete the following ab workout:

1 min plank on a medicine ball
20 leg lifts while planking on medicine ball
50 dumbell side bends (each side)
Repeat 2 more times!

When I got home I was STARVING so I fixed myself a quick dinner! A Boca cheeseburger topped with salsa, peas, and a huge salad were on the menu and it did the trick! The protein in the burger really filled me up after my ab-tastic workout!
